Overview

ANTENG pile drivers are excavator-mounted, high frequency, vibratory-type pile drivers – for handling, pitching, driving, and extracting the different types of piles in a wide range of site and soil conditions. The excavator-mounted vibratory hammer uses the power from the excavator, and it can move quickly by the excavator walking system.

Principle

The centrifugal force is produced by eccentric block vibration. The eccentric blocks appear in pairs, opposite rotation direction, the transverse centrifugal forces counteract each other, and the vertical centrifugal forces are superimposed.

High-frequency vibration makes the soil liquefy instantly, and then the pile is inserted into the soil through hammer weight or excavator pressure.

Application

The vibrating pile driver is mainly installed on the excavator, which includes land excavator and amphibious excavator. Excavator pile driver is mainly used for pile driving, and the types of piles include pipe pile, steel sheet pile, steel pipe pile, concrete precast pile, wood pile and photovoltaic pile driven on water and so on.
