Electric Vibro Hammer
Overview
The electric vibro hammer gets power from a generator. The hammer is connected to the control cabinet. The low-frequency vibration produces a centrifugal force with a large amplitude. It is applicable to general working conditions.
Equipped with spare parts of good quality, shock-proof motor, reducer casing, FAG bearing, Siemens, Schnider electric elements. Hydraulic pump adopts Italian brands.
Eccentricity is overall a molding CNC mechining center, ensure the stability of equipment. Case is improved and can be used under heavy load for a long time. Magnetic oil precipitation and filtration system, wireless export configuration + cable control system.

Principle
The centrifugal force is produced by eccentric block vibration. The eccentric blocks appear in pairs, opposite rotation direction, the transverse centrifugal forces counteract each other, and the vertical centrifugal forces are superimposed.
High-frequency vibration makes the soil liquefy instantly, and then the pile is inserted into the soil through hammer weight or excavator pressure.

Shock proof motor
Anteng electric vibro hammer adopts the shock-proof motor, it can work up to 95 ℃ and could overload in a short period of time and with high torque, the wedge-shaped belt is high strength.
Good bearing
Anteng electric vibro hammer use X-life high-quality bearing from FAG. X-life could carry 18% more load and increase 70% of the bearing life.
Less noise
To reduce noise, Anteng electric vibro hammer added a rubber pad on and under the spring, which can be a buffer during vibration, and sound isolation steel pad under the spring.
Application
It is suitable to drive and extract piles for different geological situations except for the hard rock layer. For example, pre-made concrete pile, cast-in-place concrete pile, ?concrete expanded bore pile, lime pile, stone column. Besides, it’s widely used in the cofferdam, trestle work, offshore working platforms, and also wind mill single pile or group pile.
