Overview
The excavator vibratory hammer pile driver is a hydraulic vibratory hammer installed on excavators, both land excavators and amphibious excavators. The excavator-mounted vibro hammer can be used for piling and extracting piles. It can driver piles types include sheet piles, H piles, tube piles, concrete piles, timber piles, and photovoltaic piles on water.
It is especially suitable for projects such as municipal works, bridges, cofferdams, building foundations, etc., with low noise and vibration in accord with urban construction standards.
Principle
The hydraulic vibro hammer uses high-frequency vibration to vibrate the pile body with high acceleration. It transmits the vertical vibration generated by the machine to the pile body, which causes the soil structure around the pile to change due to vibration and reduce its strength. The soil around the pile body is liquefied to reduce the frictional resistance between the pile side and the soil body, and then the pile is sunk into the soil by the downward pressure of the excavator, the vibrating sinker, and the self-weight of the pile body.
When pulling out the pile, with one side vibrating, the pile is pulled up with the lifting force of the excavator. The centrifugal force required by the piling machine should be comprehensively determined according to the soil layer, soil quality, moisture content of the site, and the type and structure of the pile.
Characteristics
1. High efficiency
The speed of vibration pile sinking and pulling is generally 4-7 m/min, and the fastest is 12 m/min (in non-silty soil). The efficiency is 40%-100% higher than the pneumatic hammers and diesel hammers.
2. Wide range
It is suitable for driving piles of any shape and material, such as pipe piles and concrete pipe piles.
Although it’s unable to enter the rock, the excavator-mounted vibro hammer is almost suitable for construction under any harsh geological conditions, and can easily penetrate the pebble layer, sand layer, and other geology conditions.
3. Multiple functions
In addition to the construction of various bearing piles, it can also build thin-walled anti-seepage walls, deep compaction treatment, ground compaction treatment, and other special constructions.
4. Environmentally-friendly
Low vibration and noise when working, high-frequency hydraulic vibro hammer, can fully meet the environmental protection requirements during construction in urban area.
